Shipping Policy

All Walrus orders are fulfilled from our workroom in New Zealand.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within our standard handling time. Made to order items require an additional 1–3 working days to manufacture before dispatch, on top of standard processing and shipping time. If your order includes a made-to-order item, we'll let you know the expected timeframe when you order.

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier and begin once an order has been dispatched, they don't include processing time or the additional 1–3 working days for made-to-order items.

We don't currently ship worldwide as standard, but if you're outside New Zealand or Australia and would like to discuss a shipment, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
